This Personal Information Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that "GRAND PHARM TRADE" MCHJ (hereinafter referred to as "GRAND PHARM TRADE" MCHJ) and/or its affiliates, including all participants of the franchising network under the brand "Grandpharm" (hereinafter - "Grandpharm"), may obtain about the User (any individual who has provided "Grandpharm" with their personal data through registration on the website privacy.grandpharm.uz) while they are using any of the websites, services, and programs of "Grandpharm" (hereinafter - Services). The User's consent to the provision of personal information, given by them in accordance with this Policy within the scope of relations with one of the entities comprising "Grandpharm", extends to all entities comprising "Grandpharm".

Use of the Services signifies the User's unconditional agreement with this Policy and the terms for processing their personal information specified therein; in case of disagreement with these terms, the User must refrain from using the Services.

1. Personal Information of Users which "Grandpharm" obtains and processes

1.1. Within the framework of this Policy, "User's personal information" means:

1.1.1. Personal information that the User provides about themselves independently during registration (creating an account) or in the process of using the Services, including the User's personal data. Information required for the provision of the Services (rendering of services) is marked in a special way. Other information is provided by the User at their discretion.

• Full Name (F.I.O. - first name, patronymic, last name);
• GEO-location;
• Date of Birth.

1.1.2. Data that is automatically transmitted to the Services during their use by means of the software installed on the User's device, including:

• IP address;
• device ID;
• information from cookies;
• information about the User's browser (or other program through which access to the Services is carried out);
• access time;
• address of the requested page.

1.2. This Policy is applicable only to the Services of "Grandpharm". "Grandpharm" does not control and is not responsible for the websites of third parties where the "Grandpharm" brand is mentioned.

2. Purposes of collection and processing of Users' personal information

2.1. "Grandpharm" collects and stores only the personal data that are necessary for the provision of the Services and the rendering of services (execution of the offer and/or other agreements with the User).

2.2. "Grandpharm" may use the User's personal information for the following purposes:

• Identification of the party within the framework of the offer and agreements with "Grandpharm";
• Provision of personalized Services to the User;
• Communication with the User, including sending notifications, requests, and information regarding the use of the Services, rendering of services, as well as processing requests and applications from the User;
• Improvement of the quality of the Services, ease of their use, development of new Services and services;
• Advertising of its products and services;
• Conducting statistical and other research based on the provided data.

3. Conditions for processing the User's personal information and its transfer to third parties

3.1. "Grandpharm" stores Users' personal information, ensuring their confidentiality and protection against unauthorized or accidental access by third parties.

3.2. "Grandpharm" has the right to transfer the User's personal information to third parties in the following cases:

• The transfer is necessary within the framework of the User's use of a specific Service, or for the rendering of a service to the User;
• Such transfer occurs as part of the sale or other transfer of the business (in whole or in part), with all obligations for compliance with the terms of this Policy regarding the personal information received passing to the acquirer;
• For the purpose of ensuring the possibility of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of "Grandpharm" or third parties in cases where the User violates the offer of "Grandpharm".

3.4. When processing Users' personal data, "Grandpharm" is guided by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" dated 02.07.2019 No. ZRU-547.

4. Measures applied to protect Users' personal information

"Grandpharm" takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions by third parties.

5. Changes to the Privacy Policy

"Grandpharm" has the right to make changes to this Policy. When making changes, the date of the last update is indicated in the current edition. The User undertakes to independently monitor the existence of changes in this Policy. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment of its placement, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy. The current version is always located on the website privacy.grandpharm.uz.
